The artwork consists of a cross constructed from multiple layers of MDF, which remain visible from the side of the structure. Suspended at its center by two nails is a vacuum-sealed package containing a Greek mussel. The work refers to the contradiction between a natural product and the way it is distributed and consumed through plastic packaging.
